Clinical pharmacist

We now have a clinical pharmacist working at the practice.  As a specialist in medicine, you can see her if you have medication related problems to discuss rather than seeing a GP.  As at reception.

GP Appointment Types

Book On Day
These appointments can be booked in person,  or on the telephone from 8.15am everyday.  Some appointments are bookable on the internet. 

Book in Advance
These appointments are available to book in advance, for approximately 4 weeks in the future.  Some appointments are bookable on the internet

We offer telephone appointments where a doctor will ring you at an approximate time.

Joint Injections
These are conducted by Dr Walling at the Grange Medical Centre on a Monday afternoon, before these are undertaken patients should be reviewed in a normal GP appointment.

Dr Nathan also has regular clinics for knee injections. 

Contraceptive Implants
These are fitted and removed by Dr Walling or Dr Morris on a Monday afternoon and Dr Carmichael on a Tuesday afternoon at the Grange Medical Centre. Prior to insertion patients should see a GP to discuss the options and collect a prescription.

Ring Pessaries
These are booked into a double appointment in a normal surgery with either Dr Morris.
